Dr. Aarohi Kulkarni
A distinguished biotechnology leader, researcher, and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience across academia and industry in India and the USA. Her work spans animal healthcare and nutrition, biofuels, industrial biotechnology, and renewable technologies. With numerous awards and rewards, publications, and parents as well as conference proceedings, she has also pioneered 15 products. She specializes in taking scientific ideas from research through commercialization while also mentoring organizations, professionals, and young innovators. Deep scientific acumen, quick commercialization, and prescient farsightedness are her hallmarks and pillars for the company.
Dr. Ijaj Inamdar
An animal nutrition specialist with over 20 years of industry experience across animal feed, supplements, breeding, and livestock nutrition. His expertise combines product development, field trials, technical support, farmer and veterinary training, marketing, and business development. He has worked with leading organizations, including Venky’s, Cadila Pharmaceuticals, Cargill–Provimi, Praj Industries, and Tropical Animal Genetics. He brings extensive field experience and aligns the opportunities with deep scientific developments.
Sumit Dharwadkar
A management professional with 25+ years of experience across engineering, technology, and consulting, with expertise in governance, compliance, operations, and process management. A mechanical engineer and MBA, he is also a certified ISO 9001:2015 global lead auditor. He currently leads biotech internal operations, laboratory setup and certification processes, supply chain management, and product delivery solutions.
Mrs. Anita Dharwadkar
Education: BSc BEd. Teacher and Founder Partner at AANandini Solutions and Enterprises. An experienced educator and organization builder with over 40 years of experience, bringing together science, art, and people development. She guides the firm’s people decisions, aligning individual aspirations with organizational goals and shared values. Her approach nurtures passion, responsibility, ethics, and time management while bringing empathy to the workplace. Her keen observation and steady guidance help shape the company’s culture and future direction.
Subhash R. Dharwadkar
A veteran mechanical engineer and industrial consultant with more than five decades of experience in engineering, project management, plant operations, and technical consultancy. He has held senior leadership roles across the paper, pulp, and process industries and has contributed to more than 70 consulting projects. His expertise spans plant design, equipment selection, energy management, project execution, and industrial system optimization.
Kajol Hon
She is a microbiology graduate, scientific and linguistic educator, and a GARC-certified rabies educator with six years of experience in teaching, training, and communication. She leads and contributes to educational programs and awareness initiatives focused on rabies prevention, responsible human-animal interaction, and community outreach. Her work combines scientific awareness with practical, accessible, and engaging education.
